Mykhailo has held senior positions in the legal business, oil and gas industry and civil service. For many years, he headed the legal department of the SOCAR Ukraine Group of Companies, a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).

20 years of experience in law allows him to support international and national business projects, practise law and protect the interests of private clients.

He is a regular speaker at profile conferences and the author of many publications on legal issues. Active member of industry and business associations of Ukraine.
